Music & Me
Along with entertainment and nostalgia, music has long been associated with improved focus, productivity, and creativity. Research from Stanford University suggests that music can engage multiple areas of the brain related to attention, memory, and emotional processing, which can help people stay mentally engaged while working. In addition, studies conducted by Spotify and MusicWorks have found that many listeners report increased motivation, improved mood, and higher productivity when listening to music during tasks.
For me, music has always been a tool for both focus and creativity. Whether I’m producing and engineering songs for myself or for other artists, studying, or just working on various projects, the right soundtrack can shape the rhythm of the day and help ideas flow more naturally.
Below is a playlist I often use while working and creating.
My Music
Learning music theory and audio engineering has given me a deeper understanding of how ideas connect with people—something that translates naturally into areas like business, education, and marketing. I began playing piano at the age of six and have since expanded into guitar, piano, and drum machine production, building a strong foundation across both traditional instruments and digital production tools.
Over time, I have created more than 2,500 music projects across a wide range of genres, collaborating with and producing for different artists while constantly experimenting with new sounds and ideas. Music production has become a genuine passion that I continue to pursue in my free time.
While I enjoy the creative process of music as a whole, I find the greatest fulfillment in producing rather than performing. I really love working behind the scenes on the technical, creative, and strategic side of projects and still making an impact. From arranging sounds to shaping the overall direction of a record, I enjoy being part of the technical side of music creation and contributing to the broader vision of a project.
